Fred Shepherd, RMT
After working in the radio industry for over a decade, Fred became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in the summer of 2012. Starting at Elgin Massage in Ottawa, he has been treating people throughout Almonte and Lanark County.
As a RMT, Fred takes much pride in his profession. He feels that Massage Therapy can really make a positive difference in a person’s life and wellbeing. Having treated many Canadian veterans, Fred is able to direct bill to Medavie/Blue Cross and provides receipts for use with benefits claims or for tax purposes.
Fred looks forward to serving Almonte and Eastern Ontario for many years to come.

I specialize in a range of therapeutic techniques including deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.
